FAQ: How do you get such great rates?
A:. Luna's booking system takes advantage of the online wholesale websites (Priceline,Hotwire,etc... ) We've collected a huge database and have booked literally hundreds of rooms using this system. We know how to best utilize these websites to your advantage. We are skilled at determining exactly how to go about the process to insure you will get the absolute "rock bottom" rates along with the best hotel experience possible.

FAQ: How much are your fees?
A: Luna will bill you at the end of the tour/month. We charge $25.00 per TRANSACTION (not per room) meaning it is flat fee . regardless of number of rooms/ or nights per city. We will provide you with a detailed bill showing your total costs and
savings. You can pay Luna by check or Pay Pal.

FAQ: Where's the fine print?
A: These incredible hotel rates do require us to work within some guidelines. The most important thing to point out is that rooms are not cancellable once booked. We work around this by holding off until last minute on dates that are tentative, we can also book in segments as the tour progresses to minimize the chance of any cancellations.

Wholsale rooms do not allow us to choose an exact hotel- but we are able to choose the zone and hotel quality. Our
experience enables us to find us the very best options for you at the absolute lowest rates.

Room types are not guaranteed. We do phone the hotel on the morning of your reservation to request room types and
any other amenities you require.
